I started the Law Office of Adrian Murati in my hometown of Rockford, Illinois, in 2015 and concentrate my law practice on personal injury cases involving car accidents.
I graduated magna cum laude from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, and I received my law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Before I started my firm, I worked in a downtown Chicago personal injury law firm on a variety of cases including auto accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, airline
negligence, mass torts, and premise liability cases.
At the Law Office of Adrian Murati, I’ve represented a range of clients from everyday folks to multimillion-dollar companies. I’ve won cases at trial in employment law, landlord-tenant law (on
behalf of both landlords and tenants), commercial litigation and collections (on behalf of both local and national companies), and insurance coverage disputes (policyholder representation). I
also practiced immigration law and helped hundreds of people locally and worldwide gain visas, green cards, and citizenship in the United States.
Pursuing the Rights of Injured Victims
I’ve worked in a variety of practice areas, but now all I do is personal injury cases involving auto accidents. I have devoted my career to helping injured victims and their families. I’ve seen
people’s lives turned upside down after being injured in a car crash, and I’m honored to have helped numerous clients through the personal injury claim process and back on their feet.
I pride myself on being a trial lawyer and presenting the strongest possible case in court on behalf of my clients. There’s too many lawyers out there that I consider to be “settlement lawyers”
who want to avoid court at all costs and pressure clients into accepting low-ball settlement offers from the insurance company. I prepare every case as if it’s going to go to trial to maximize
the financial recovery on behalf of my clients. The only way to get fair compensation is to show the insurance company that we are willing to go the distance to a jury trial (and most of these
cases end up settling way beyond the insurance company’s “final offer”).
I’ve represented a range of clients from people dealing with relatively minor accidents involving soft tissue injuries to catastrophic crashes involving permanent injuries and death. Most of my
auto cases come from referrals from other lawyers who trust my office to deliver top-notch legal representation to their clients. While I personally handle every case in my office, I occasionally
work with other personal injury law firms on complex cases.
For me, being a personal injury attorney isn’t just a job. I truly care about every single one of my clients and strive to achieve the best possible result in every case that I work on. If you or
a loved one have been injured in an accident, you can count on me to help during this difficult time and you can rest assured knowing that I don’t charge a fee unless I win your case.
